Outfalls and Intakes
For many years Land & Marine has been associated with marine outfalls and seawater intake installations. Not only have we installed over 50 outfalls within the UK and Eire, but also some of the world’s largest diameter and longest bottom-pulled outfalls have been designed and constructed by us.
We also install by the Float-Flood method, by bottom and off-bottom towing and using HDD techniques. We are very familiar with the installation of steel and polyethylene outfalls and diffusers.
